  • Request a software license: Beamfox collects personal data from you when you fill out the reqiured contact form to request a software license from within our software.
  • Purchase our products or services: Beamfox collects personal data from you when you purchase our products or services.

We use this personal data to:

  • Help troubleshoot and solve any issues you might be facing. The legal basis for this processing is GDPR Art 6 1. (b) – contractual need. 
  • Carry out any obligations arising from your downloading, using, or purchasing of our products and services. This includes ensuring you receive the necessary information regarding the software and/or your license, and in the case of downloading trial software, are given proper introduction to the usage and features of the software as well as information regarding your trial license. The legal basis for this processing is GDPR Art 6 1. (b) – contractual need. 
  • Provide, maintain, protect, evaluate, and improve our Website, products and services. The legal basis for this processing is GDPR Art 6 1. (f) – legitimate interest. 

For any other processing of personal data, Beamfox will first obtain your consent for the processing. In this case, the legal basis for the processing is GDPR Art 6 1. (a) – your consent.

3. How do we store your data?

Beamfox ensures that your personal data is kept and processed in a strictly confidential manner, and takes all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing. We do however not guarantee the security of any data you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. 

The personal data will be stored for as long as they are required to fulfill the purposes of processing (see 2. How do we collect and use your personal data?). The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose, unless other legal grounds for keeping it are present.

Beamfox may share your data with certain third-party service providers within and/or outside of the EU, see below.

Beamfox may share your personal data with certain third-party suppliers who may process your personal data, in order to provide and continuously improve our services. The third-party suppliers have been selected with due diligence and are in line with the applicable laws and regulations.

This Website uses Google Analytics, a service used to gather information on user interactions with our Website and analyse usage trends. The operator of this service is the company Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, D04 E5W5, Ireland. The information gathered by Google Analytics is acquired via the usage of cookies on our website (see 5. Cookie policy), and is transferred to a Google server in the US and stored there. The information we get from Google Analytics is in the form of reports, and contains no personally identifying information.

4.2. Hubspot

Beamfox uses Hubspot marketing software for various purposes. The operator of this service is Hubspot Inc., 2nd Floor 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland. Hubspot is an integrated software solution by which we cover different aspects of our digital marketing, sales and customer relation management. Personal data you provide to us may be shared with Hubspot, in which case this data may be transferred to servers in the US. The security of the transmission is ensured by so-called standard contractual clauses, which guarantee that the processing of personal data is subject to a security level that corresponds to that of the GDPR.
